These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ProBoxin Training website located at https://training.proboxin.com and all associated services, courses, digital content, and resources (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent, and that you accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

2. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. ProBoxin Training reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Course Access & Subscriptions

Access to courses and learning materials is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase or enrollment. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content—including videos, text, graphics, software, and assessments—is the exclusive property of ProBoxin Training or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Using the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Sharing login credentials or account access with others
Scraping, crawling, or harvesting content without express written consent
Engaging in harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior in community forums or live sessions

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProBoxin Training and its affiliates, officers, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use or request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that harms ProBoxin Training, its users, or its reputation. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein cease immediately, and you must cease all use of course materials.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at https://training.proboxin.com/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
